  13. Thanks for your helpful and informative blog ,we stayed at the Concorde hotel last year and got a bus into Antalya to visit Terra City ,we really enjoyed it ,this year we are staying at the Titanic hotel and would love to see the old parts of Antalya ,do you have any tips ?
Also we would like to visit a resturant in the city but I have to have a gluten free meal ?
Do you know of anywhere that could cater for me ?
We have two children aged 14 and 17 so we would thinking of somewhere not really expensive but also not a cheap place as we are on holiday and want somewhere nice .
Thanks for your help and keep up the good work , Mick Sharry

  14. @micksharry You're welcome. In the city center of Antalya, you should see the Old Town (Kaleiçi) includes Seljuk, Ottoman and the Byzantine architecture. You should see the Yivli(Fluted)Minaret, Hadrian's Gate, Roman Clock Tower, Kesik Minaret, Ottoman Houses in the Old Town. Outside the city center; you should visit Aspendos firstly. Aspendos is known for having the best-preserved theatre of antiquity. With a diametre of 96 metres (315 ft), the theatre provided seating for 7,000.The theatre was built in 155 by the Greek architect Zenon, a native of the city, during the rule of Marcus Aurelius. It was periodically repaired by the Seljuqs, who used it as a caravansary, and in the 13th century the stage building was converted into a palace by the Seljuks. It is located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) northeast of central Serik. You can also visit Olympos, Phaselis, Myra (Home of Santa Claus), Alanya Castle, etc.

In the list above, most of the restaurants provide gluten free meals for you when you warn them about this issue.
